The Role: Your Impact
You will support our Client Engagement Partners by identifying and qualifying the best talent in the market. We are looking for a Champion of Quality who focuses on finding the right fit, not just any candidate.
Key Responsibilities & Ownership

End-to-End Resourcing
From client briefing, to closing the deal - you will own the whole process. Using Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS+) and Job Boards to identify top talent to interview, shortlist and present back to the client. Before managing the interview process through to a successful outcome.

Strategic Community Building
Proactively cultivate a network of interims through LinkedIn, database mining, and re-engaging with lost contacts.

Market Intelligence
Work with Senior Leadership to map market drivers and identify current projects, programmes, and roles to anticipate resource needs.

Process Innovation
Help plan search and selection processes with innovation in mind, monitoring implementation through to a successful conclusion.

Data Excellence
Ensure quality coding of interims within our systems to drive effective resourcing and maintain data integrity.

Team Support
Act as a central point for enquiries, escalating issues to the Head of Delivery when necessary.
